Riara Group ventures into varsity education

Riara Group of Schools has applied to the Commission for Higher Education to start a university on September 1, becoming the latest institution seeking to tap into the lucrative tertiary education business.

The university will offer degree courses in Law, Education, Business Administration, and Computer Science on its Mbagathi Way campus.

Riara Group of Schools offers integrated education running from kindergarten to senior school. The commission is understood to be reviewing 10 applications for accreditation to start universities.
