Texas Tech University alumnus Sally Kipyego is quietly nursing huge ambitions of beating a police strategy and sneaking onto the medals podium Saturday. The nursing graduate is hardly recognized here, as much of the focus has been trained on the Kenya Police pair of Vivian Cheruiyot and Linet Masai, along with their Ethiopian rivals Meseret Defar and Meselech Melkamu in Saturday's 10,000 metres final.
